SmartPrepAfrica.com Partner Program Terms
By applying to the SmartPrepAfrica.com Partner Program, you agree to the following, in addition to SmartPrepAfrica.com's general Terms & Conditions:
- Commissions are payable only for referrals that meet the qualification criteria under SmartPrepAfrica.com's active, admin-configured compensation rules at the time of the underlying event — not simply for a link click or registration.
- SmartPrepAfrica.com may reverse a pending or already-approved commission if the underlying payment is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
- Referral attribution is recorded server-side at registration and is not editable by the referred user or the partner after the fact.
- Where two partners submit competing claims to the same school, SmartPrepAfrica.com resolves the dispute administratively; attribution is never automatically reassigned by a later click.
- Suspicious referral activity (including but not limited to self-referral, duplicate accounts, or fabricated students or schools) may be flagged for review and can result in commission forfeiture and/or partner account suspension.
- Payouts require reaching the applicable minimum threshold and are subject to admin approval before being marked complete.
- SmartPrepAfrica.com does not guarantee any specific level of income from the Partner Program.
